Services

Best Life Catalyst provides coaching, therapy-informed sessions, Rapid Transformational Therapy, corporate programmes, speaking engagements, live events and books.

Our services support mental wellbeing but do not replace emergency medical or psychiatric care. If you are in crisis, please contact your doctor or an emergency service.

Bookings and payment

A booking is confirmed once payment (or, for corporate work, a signed proposal) has been received.

Prices displayed on this website are in South African rand and include VAT where applicable.

Rescheduling and cancellations

Books and delivery

Book orders are delivered nationwide within South Africa. Delivery is charged in addition to the book price and timelines are provided at checkout.
