Support Session — process what is unfolding as new awareness begins to translate into everyday life.

Accountability Session — look at what is changing, what is being practised and where old patterns still appear.

Integration Session — strengthen new ways of thinking, responding, communicating and behaving.

Success Review — reflect on where you started, recognise evidence of change and determine what comes next.
